Shipping Policy

Thumper Company currently ships within the United States only.

Processing Times

Orders are processed and fulfilled after checkout is complete.

Most orders are processed within 2 to 7 business days before shipping. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, holidays, weather, carrier delays, or fulfillment conditions outside our control.

Shipping Times

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order leaves fulfillment, delivery timing is controlled by the shipping carrier. Thumper Company is not responsible for carrier delays, missed delivery estimates, weather delays, holidays, or other shipping disruptions.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we determine that a refund is required due to our error.

United States Orders Only

We currently ship only within the United States.

Orders placed with unsupported shipping addresses may be canceled and refunded.

Address Accuracy

The customer is responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, old, or undeliverable address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or failure to pick up the package, we are not required to refund or replace the order.

Order Changes

Orders cannot be guaranteed for changes once placed.

If fulfillment or production has already started, we may not be able to update the shipping address, product, size, color, or order details.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

Thumper Company is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, contact the shipping carrier directly.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, misdelivered, or delayed packages caused by the carrier, customer address errors, or circumstances outside our control.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@thumperco.com.

Include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damaged item
• Clear photos of the packaging
• A photo of the packing slip, if available

Approved claims may be resolved with a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Split Shipments

Some orders may ship in multiple packages depending on product type, fulfillment location, or availability. If this happens, tracking may be provided separately for each shipment.

Delivery Issues

If there is an issue with your delivery, contact the carrier first using your tracking number.

For damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items, contact help@thumperco.com within 7 days of delivery.
