Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final unless the item arrives defective, damaged, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item.

Because Thumper Company products are produced in limited runs, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size ordered, wrong color ordered, wrong item ordered, duplicate orders, address mistakes, delayed shipping, or a change of mind.

Please check your order carefully before completing checkout.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@thumperco.com.

Include:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue
• A photo of the packing slip
• A photo of the full item
• A photo of the shipping package if damaged in transit

If the issue is approved, we may replace the item, issue store credit, or refund the item cost at our discretion.

Wrong Size, Wrong Address, or Customer Error

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges if:
• You ordered the wrong size
• You ordered the wrong color
• You ordered the wrong item
• You entered the wrong shipping address
• You failed to pick up or receive the package
• The package was returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address

Sizing is the customer’s responsibility. Please review the size chart before ordering.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a replacement is approved due to our error or a defective item, we will cover the replacement shipping.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Thumper Company is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, contact the shipping carrier directly.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be guaranteed for cancellation once placed. If production or fulfillment has already started, the order cannot be canceled.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
